Motivation

I've lost my motivation since training last year. It might have to do with full-time work and school, but that's beside the point. I need help, and bad.

What gets you out the door (or on the treadmill)? What are your pump-you-up tunes?

  1. I just have to schedule it and then it's not a choice. If I have to decide whether to work out, I rarely choose to do it.
